Montessori sensory frames, understanding, naming shapes and more.

Three sensory frames to teach our younger children how to recognise and name the basic shapes; triangle, square and circle.

Children are encouraged to trace the sides with a finger to develop a tactile understanding of shapes.

At the moment with the Montessori 3 period lesson we have been focusing on developing the children’s vocabulary and they are all doing a fantastic job.
